Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by hibaji may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

hibaji reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, where: the event to which the bet relates is abandoned or postponed without being replayed within the timeframe specified in the applicable sport rules; the bet was placed based on manifest error in the odds or market data; or the bet was placed in circumstances that hibaji determines, in its reasonable judgement, to involve fraud, match-fixing, or any other form of irregular activity. In the case of a void bet, the original stake will be returned to your hibaji account balance.
Live in-play betting markets on hibaji are subject to temporary suspension at any time during an event, including during key moments such as wickets, goals, or video review decisions. Bets submitted during a period of market suspension may be rejected. hibaji accepts no liability for rejected in-play bets arising from market suspension. Odds on live markets are updated in real time and are subject to change without notice.
Winnings on single bets are calculated by multiplying the confirmed stake by the confirmed decimal odds at the time the bet was accepted. Accumulator and combination bet payouts are calculated by multiplying the individual leg odds together and applying the result to the total stake. All payouts are made in BDT and credited directly to your hibaji account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or market.
